Rachel V. Conway, Psy.D
I know it can be hard to take that first step in asking for help. It can also lead to a very rewarding experience. I really believe in meeting clients where they are at when it comes to how I approach their problems. I provide therapy to adolescents and adults with a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, bipolar, life changes, and trauma. I also do testing for Learning Disabilities, ADHD, and similar educational and cognitive issues.
Laura E. Willard, Psy.D.
I work with clients at their own pace to guide them through a better understanding of their issues and concerns while challenging them to take steps for an improved way of living. I take a predominantly psychodynamic approach that focuses on discovering and exploring past experiences, inner thought processes, and relationship patterns to relieve and repair core personal issues. Additionally, I take a more active and teaching role when certain symptoms or behaviors require the instruction and practice of new skills.
My primary goal as a therapist is to provide you with a safe, caring, and supportive space that will allow us to effectively work together on your journey towards positive change. I believe that insight, self-care, and therapeutic connection helps foster the necessary steps in discovering your potential, highlighting your strengths, and developing effective ways to work through stress.
